ok im watching the movie,last of the dog men.it got me thinking.do you reckon in this vast world we live in,that there are a tribe or group who have managed to live a life away from civilisation.or has the world been well and trully explored.

Yes I heard about the tribe, they live in a huge jungle valley over Papua New Guinea way. There are also many undiscovered species of animals and plants there, I hope we leave them well alone.  

there was a report i was watching a few weeks back about a tribe in the amozon rain forest just be discovered ...never been in contact with the outsde world ever ..,,cant find the link...

I have that film on dvd, twas ok in its day.......Scott there was a tv programme about lost tribes and there was one tribel (in South east Asia) i think, that had never seen the outside world or had had the outside world visit them, the only footage is taken from a plane at huge distance.............

thats amazing in this day and age.wonder what they make of planes and stuff.prob think they are some god or that.its pretty ccol that such people still live without modern day stuff.this world prob does hold a few secrets.tucked away in the far flung parts of the globe.

Yes i seen that too. If i'm not mistaken there was a small photo of them starting up at the plane? I'm sure i read that there camp had been destroyed by people looking for them and they had already moved on.........sad!!!

I think that's the biggest negative point of the internet and modern technology. There's no mystery in anything any more. With google and the internet, you can find out the answers to pretty much anything, and now with google earth you can see anywhere in the world.....good in some ways, bad in others.

Exactly....we can find a tiny tribe deep in the amazon rainforest but we cant find a big cat in the uk................but simo says there out there so i think that makes it gospel.... :whistling::D
